- How long does delivery take?
We offer a DPD shipment method, after processing an order, shipping might take up to 2-3 working days to be delivered in Lithuania. Shipping to other EU countries might take up to 5-6 working days.
Some items are made to order, so they may take up to 14 working days for production, plus 2–3 working days for shipping (in Lithuania). Please check the product description for the estimated production time.
- Where do you ship?
We ship to Lithuania and other countries: Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Latvia, Poland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Portugal, Romania, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden.
- Can I collect my order in MÁS924 studio?
Yes, we provide pick-up in store. Once you have received the notification email, you will have 14 days to collect your order. The 14 day period begins on, and includes, the day you receive the notification email. If your order is not collected within 14 days, we will process a return on your behalf and your original method of payment will be refunded.
Each item includes a size guide in the product description. All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat, showing half of the full width. To get the full width, simply multiply the flat measurement by 2.
If you wish to return or replace the purchased item, you can do so within 14 days of the date of the item’s withdrawal in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. All returns are processed in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The money is refunded to the account specified by the buyer within 7 business days.
All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original labelling on them.
We do not accept returns with removed labels.
We do offer free return services, but you are responsible for the shipment of returned items back to us, as items lost in transit will not be compensated for.
Returns after the deadline - If we receive an item purchased online after the 14-day return period has expired, unfortunately, we cannot process the return. These items can be collected at our studio: Malūnų g. 6, Vilnius.
- When do I get my refund?
We will proceed with a refund within 1-3 business days after receiving your order. For products purchased online, refunds will be made to the bank account used for the original payment. The refund process may take up to 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Which items are non-returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear (e.g., socks, bodysuits, lingerie)
- Swimwear
- Accessories
- Custom or adjusted order items
All other products purchased online or in-store can be returned within 14 days. You will have to provide the original receipt.
- Online returns
To proceed with the return, please follow the steps below:
- Pack the order’s confirmation paper & item(s) you wish to return.
- Attach the DPD shipping label to the parcel. You can find the DPD label included with your original order.
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest DPD pick-up point.
Once we receive your return, the processing may take up to 2–3 business days after delivery. After the return has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be made to the bank account used for the original payment. The refund process may take up to 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

- In-store returns
To return products purchased in our physical store, you can do so at our studio: Malūnų g. 6, Vilnius. A purchase receipt is required.
Refunds will be issued in cash.
Important: Items can only be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.
We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different size, you can return the unused item and buy the desired size as a new purchase.
If your parcel arrives damaged or defected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged package and item. We will review the situation and offer a suitable solution.
If you receive a defective or poor-quality item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos showing the issue. In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item to us. Once we receive it, we will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
We do have our best sellers that we re-stock regularly. If an item is sold-out, please check the “notify me” button after selecting the size you wish to have, we will send an email when the item is back in stock.
Gift cards can be purchased both in our physical store and online.
Available gift card amounts: €50, €100, €150, €200. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Physical and digital gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for money.
- Physical gift card
The physical gift card is valid only for purchases made at our studio located at Malūnų g. 6.
Its validity period is 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Digital gift card
The digital gift card can be purchased online. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with the electronic gift card attached.
If your purchase total is higher than the value of your gift card, you can simply pay the remaining amount using any other available payment method.
If you return an item, the amount paid with the gift card will be refunded back to the same gift card. Any additional amount paid with another payment method will be refunded to that original payment method.
Our electronic gift card can be used for online purchases only and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
We accept Express check-out: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. Other payment method: Debit Card, Credit Card, Bank Transfer.
What types of garments do you create?
We create a wide range of bespoke garments, including wedding/evening dresses, skirts, tops, trousers, coordinated sets, and other custom pieces for special occasions.
How far in advance should I contact you?
We recommend reaching out at least three months before your event. However, if your date is approaching, please do not hesitate to contact us — we will always try our best to accommodate your request.
How does the process work?
After the first meeting where your wishes and needs will be discussed, we develop the design, select materials, and arrange a fitting schedule. All measurements, sewing, and fittings are handled individually to ensure a precise and personal result. The number of fittings depends on the complexity of the chosen design and usually ranges from two to four appointments.
Do you work with clients who live abroad?
Yes. Clients living abroad can arrange an intensive fitting and production schedule to accommodate travel limitations.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the selected materials and the complexity of the design. We can provide an initial budget estimate upon request, with a more accurate quotation discussed during the consultation.
